When we encountered Ghana in 2008, it was the Africa’s best-kept secret. Oil had just been discovered and the country was 51 years old. Fast forward to 2015, tourism has increased, international patrons have established businesses and infrastructure is rapidly developing. We saw the growth potential, but realized two things - people still did not know of the opportunities in Ghana and the warm hospitality known of Ghanaian people did not translate in customer engagement. This observation gave birth to Ford Communications. As a full service communications agency, we help international and local operating companies establish their presence and enhance customer relations through public relations, brand advisory and bespoke customer service training.
